All scores, ratings, and reviews published on AIToolScore represent editorial opinions. They are based on our published methodology and are intended to assist — not replace — your own evaluation. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but scores may not reflect every possible use case or configuration.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any tool recommendation will meet your specific requirements or that the information on the platform is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times. Use tool recommendations at your own discretion.
Access to the AIToolScore API is subject to rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. When limits are exceeded, we may return a Retry-After header to indicate when a request can be retried. Automated scraping of the website beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt is prohibited.
You may reference AIToolScore data (scores, rankings, comparisons) in your own content provided you include clear attribution with a link back to the relevant page on AIToolScore. Reproducing substantial portions of our content without written permission is prohibited.
By submitting a rating or review, you grant AIToolScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and aggregate your submission. You represent that your submission is your honest opinion and does not contain false or misleading information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIToolScore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from tool recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
