About Claude Cowork
Claude Cowork is Anthropic's agentic desktop tool — 'Claude Code for the rest of your work.' Available on Mac and Windows, it plans and executes multi-step workflows: scanning documents, extracting and reconciling data, generating reports, organizing files, and interacting with external services via plugins. Connectors for Google Drive, Gmail, DocuSign, and FactSet ship built-in. Microsoft's Copilot Cowork integrates Claude models into M365. Powered by Sonnet 4.6 (default) and Opus 4.6. When launched in January 2026, enterprise SaaS stocks shed $285B as investors repriced companies whose core functionality Cowork could automate. Included with Pro ($20/mo), Max 5x ($100/mo), and Max 20x ($200/mo) plans.
